Cancellation Policy

Due to our small size and limited season, cancellations affect us greatly. All cancellations are subject to a $50 fee per room reserved.

  • Deposits will be refunded (less the $50 fee) provided the cancellation is received 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival
  • If a cancellation is received with less notice than stated above, the deposit is non-refundable. For this reason we recommend looking into travel insurance. If the reservation can be re-booked in its entirety, the deposit (less the $50 fee) will be refunded to your credit card
     
  • Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures
