• Method of Payment: we accept personal checks, traveler's checks, cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Personal check as final payment will be accepted provided the deposit was paid by credit card. If the deposit was paid by personal check, a credit card number must be provided for our records in order to accept payment by personal check for the balance due

• Full payment is due upon arrival

• Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:30 pm. Please call if you will be arriving later so that we can make arrangements. Just enjoy your trip here!

• Check-out time is by 11:00 am.  Earlier check-out arrangements can be made

• All rates are double occupancy and include full breakfast. Additional person in room, $35.00 per day plus tax

• All lodging is subject to 7% Maine State Lodging Tax; purchases of goods such as coffee, granola, apparel, etc. are subject to 5% Maine Sales Tax

• We are a Non-Smoking Inn

• Our inn is best suited for children over 12. We do not have ample space for pack and plays, cribs, etc. in our guest rooms

• Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets

Cancellation Policy

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. All cancellations are subject to a $30 fee per room reserved. Guests are responsible for the full reservation as booked.

• Deposits will be refunded provided the cancellation is received 21 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival (less the one time $30 fee)

• If a cancellation is made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and the guest is responsible for the balance of the reservation. For this reason we recommend looking into travel insurance -check out what Conde Nast suggests. If the reservation can be re-booked in its entirety, the deposit (less the $30 fee) will be refunded

• One night reservations are non-refundable

• Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures

• Groups with 3 or more rooms reserved will be required to provide 30 days notice of cancellation for a full refund (less the $30 fee per room); if less than 30 days is provided, the same terms and conditions as stated above will apply. For groups interested in reserving the entire inn or more than 3 rooms, please inquire about terms and conditions as they may vary
